Richupon Industrial (Shenzhen) Company Ltd. is a professional cable manufacturer invested by Richupon Industrial (HK.) Co. Ltd. set up in the year 2001. We have a 5000 square meters workshop area with 3 floors. One shift of 400 workers for 8 hours per day. In year 2020, we reach 100 million in sales revenue. We have MFi, ISO9001, ISO14001, and UL certification. Our products can pass UL, CP65, RoHS, CE, FCC, REACH.

We have a laboratory that can test Plug and Pull Test, Pull Out Force Test, Swing Test, High-low Temperature Test, and Salt Spray Test. We have long-term cooperation with the world’s top 500 company in the world. We have 100 million sales revenue.

Quality

Our experienced quality management team supervises the materials, production process, and final products. Our raw materials suppliers all satisfy several environmental standards like Rosh, Reach. All raw materials have to check before we put them in storage. In the production process, every day for every product needs to do first article assurance. Also, the quality team will inspect the production line periodically. We have two 100% connecting test processes, one before molding and one after molding. For the final products, we will do the final test and make a delivery report for the customer. Our product could pass MFi, CE, REACH, ROHS, UL, CP65…

Technology

Our professional engineer team will solve all the technical problems in our factory. They will design and make drawing for our customers. They will make sure all automatic machines and production work perfectly. Also, they will catch all news to make sure we support the newest product for our customers.

Price

Our factory is located in the South of China, Guangdong, Shenzhen which is a coastal city near the port. That’s made us have an advantage in both human capital cost and shipping cost. Also, every year we have a cost down plan, our purchase department will find the same quality alternative supplier with lower cost to optimize our cost.

Delivery

We could support samples in 2 weeks. For the massive order, delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Our production department manager will allocate our production efficiency to make sure we can catch the delivery time for all customers.
